A Photo a Week Challenge: Vibrance (another long exposure image)

It has been a very long time since I’ve had an image which aligned with Nancy’s Post A Week Challenge. Her challenge this week is vibrance. A couple of weeks ago, I was doing some long exposure photography of electronic signs, and had this image which may fit into the scope of the challenge.
